RISK-ON	Conditions favor going up. Not a buy by itself. If it already ran up, wait for a dip.
RISK-OFF / CRASH	Selling pressure. Don't buy. Wait for it to stop falling, then look for the bounce.
MIXED	No clear edge. Do nothing.
Lean (bias)	Combined signal direction, -100 (down) to +100 (up). Posture, not a forecast.
Agreement	How aligned the signals are. High means trust the lean; low means ignore it.
VIX	Market fear. Under 18 is calm. 24 to 30 is fear (bounce zone). Over 30 is panic (strong buy-the-dip zone for SOXL).
